TOKYO TRAMPS participated in ANNUAL STREET PERFORMERS BENEFIT SHOW at the Club Passim on
Monday, January 16(Martin Luther King Jr. Day)! There were many great artists performing.
All proceeds to be donated to the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter.
It's right on 47 Palmer Street in Cambridge, MA, just a few minutes walk from Harvard Square T Station!

As TOKYO TRAMPS participated in Independent Music Conference 2005 which was held at
Sheraton Society Hill Hotel in Philadelphia, PA(One Dock Street) from September 1 to 5,
it became their 2nd Tri-State tour. Thursday, September 1 at the Alphabet Lounge in New York (104 Avenue C. 212-780-0202),
Friday, September 2 at Fergie's Pub (1214 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA 215-928-8118),
Saturday, September 3, at the Espresso-Joe's Coffee House(50 West Front Street, Keyport, NJ,
then September 4 at Fergie's Pub again. TRAMPS met many new people, and had a lot of "happenings"!!

Yukiko has been performing with a kind of metal band, TROLL (www.trollrock.com). They performed at the Locobazzuka last year(this year will be too!!).

Our drummer Toshio Tanaka is in India now to deepen his study of drumming. He
will be back in the States sometime in late April. Until then, we got Akihito
Yoshikawa, another great drummer from Japan! He already performed in December
at Dodge Street Grill, and everybody loved him!! So, if you haven't seen him
yet, please come to any of our shows in February&March!!

Believe it or not, TOKYO TRAMPS never had a show in Japan so far…….
Now, three of us took a flight back home in December/January, spent some time
with family, then on Saturday, January 8, 2005, TRAMPS had a special appearance
in Tokyo, Japan!!! Our original member, Kaoru Suzuki on drums, who went back
to Japan in 2002, joined us!! Many of our old friends came to see us, so, it
was a big reunion in many ways!! The Show was 7:30pm`10pm, at Velvet Sun (Sunrise
Building 1F, 3-47-21, Ogikubo, Suginami-Ku, Tokyo, Japan)!!

TOKYO TRAMPS went out on a tour in Tri-State area on Labor Day weekend!! TRAMPS
had a Five-nights-in-a-row shows!! Starting on September 1 (Wednesday) at Lion's
Den in New York, September 2 (Thursday) at Alphabet Lounge in New York, September
3 (Friday) at Buffstones in Hamilton, NJ, then, as a part of the Independent
Music Conference, September 4 (Saturday) at Abilene and September 5 (Sunday)
at Tokio Ballroom in Philadelphia.
>>>TRAMPS won the WMWM Battle of Bands !!<<<
TOKYO TRAMPS had become the winner of WMWM Battle of the Bands! The final was
held on Saturday, July 31. The prizes are a Pignose Stratcaster, a custom made
banner and T-shirts, a video production certificate, gift certificates for Guitar
Center and a drum shop, et cetra.

TOKYO TRAMPS was selected for the 2004 Boston Blues Challenge band competition!
The Boston Blues Society has been presenting this competition since 1987. Past
winners are: Susan Tedeschi, The Radio Kings, The Matthew Stubbs Band, and so
on. TRAMPS performed at the Harpers Ferry (158 Brighton Ave., Allston, MA tel:
617-254-9742) on Friday, July 2, for the semifinal round. Well, TRAMPS couldn't
proceed to the final, but there were overwhelming good feedback. Thanks all
who supported TRAMPS!! It was a great experience!!
